NOACA

NOACA (Northeast Ohio Area Coordinating Organization) is an MPO (Metropolitain Planning Organization).  But they are a lot more and they are a lot more.   And they have a huge impact on the region.   They should not but they do.  They are supposed to focus on roads and bridges but, as a progressive organization they focus on social change and that harms the region.  Continue reading “NOACA”

eNEO2050

What is NEO2050?   eNEO2050 started as NEOSCC.   A program that started with a 4.6 million dollar grant from HUD.   One might ask, why would an MPO take a grant from HUD to do a regional (social engineering) plan?   An answer might be that is what tyrants do.   They seek power and ways to change the culture of the region.   See www.neoscc.com for more information.

What is an MPO?  What is it NOT.  Is it constitutional?

A metropolitan planning organization (MPO) is a federally mandated and federally funded transportation policy-making organization in the United States that is made up of representatives from local government and governmental transportation authorities. They were created to ensure regional cooperation in transportation planning.[1] MPOs were introduced by the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1962, which required the formation of an MPO for any urbanized area (UZA) with a population greater than 50,000.
