NOACA

NOACA (Northeast Ohio Area Coordinating Organization) is an MPO (Metropolitain Planning Organization).  Their federal charter is roads and bridges (federal infrastructure).  Yet they regularly attempt to push out into areas that are NOT within that charter e.g. Climate Action Plan.    How do you know who an organization really is? Watch what they say and do. Consider what is at their core.  They are a 45 board members with Cleveland/Cuyahoga holding 21 seats.   They are Cuyahoga/cleveland county centric.  And their are 5 state  seats.  The folk that are benefiting from NOACA.  And think about it.  ODOT is at the table and yet they provide funds to NOACA.  Is that corrupt?  You bet. eNEO2050

What is NEO2050?   eNEO2050 started as NEOSCC.   A program that started with a 4.6 million dollar grant from HUD.   One might ask, why would an MPO take a grant from HUD to do a regional (social engineering) plan?   An answer might be that is what tyrants do.   They seek power and ways to change the culture of the region.   See www.neoscc.com for more information.

A metropolitan planning organization (MPO) is a federally mandated and federally funded transportation policy-making organization in the United States that is made up of representatives from local government and governmental transportation authorities. They were created to ensure regional cooperation in transportation planning.[1] MPOs were introduced by the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1962, which required the formation of an MPO for any urbanized area (UZA) with a population greater than 50,000.
